I put a spoonful of dough in 6 shapes, I put the rhubarb, then I covered it with dough. It should only be 3/4 of the volume of the form, because it will increase.

I sprinkled a little Bourbon vanilla sugar over the muffins, then I put them to bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.

It only took them 20 minutes to pass the toothpick test.

Insert a toothpick in the middle of a muffin. We take the toothpick out. If there are traces of dough on the toothpicks, it means that the muffins must be left in the oven, if instead the toothpick comes out clean, it means that the muffins are ripe enough.

Remove the muffins from the pan and place them on a grill. Let them cool. Before serving, sprinkle powdered sugar or chocolate icing on top, depending on your preferences. From the given ingredients we should get 12 muffins. Good appetite and increase cooking!
